Simonetta Simonati was born in Verona where she still lives and works. Here she has done her studies until the achievement of high school degree, at Liceo Statale “Scipione Maffei”. She then entered the Faculty of Law at the University of Parma, where she graduated with a degree in commercial law. Returning to Verona, she immediately began the forensic practice at a major law firm before moving to another firm specialized in labour law, where she worked for almost ten years. In the meantime she passed the State exam at the Court of Appeal of Venice. She is practicing in Verona and she is particularly concerned with employment law, family law with particular interest in issues related to children and childhood as well as the inheritance law. |
